Ambassador Seymour Mardaliev, appointed by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev as the permanent representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development - GUAM, presented the credentials to Altai Efendiyev, Secretary General of the organization.
